Job Overview

Responsibilities: 

  • Manages a portfolio of specific renewal clients, handling contract renewals, expansions, escalations, and payment collection
  • Builds strong relationships with decision-makers to scale accounts.
  • Ensures customers get the most value from solutions, retaining them and growing usage and adoption.
  • Processes Transactional renewals effectively and efficiently, with accuracy.
  •  Builds strong relationships with internal client success teams and supports their activity as needed.
  • Multi-tasks a high volume of workload, and can handle regular check ins with multiple internal stakeholders to keep everyone connected and abreast of progress and successes. Alerts attention quickly in case of a suspected loss.
  • Understands the activity history and previous client/customer communications context and background before reaching out to clients/customers.
  • Facilitates and escalates client/customer communications when appropriate, bringing speedy help to the client and raising attention and awareness quickly to avoid account loss.
  • Follows general pricing guidelines but thinks critically and applies logic and reasoning, based on the client's uplift history.
  • Ability to chase upwards, and alert management in an appropriate way to meet expectations on lapses and renewal timelines.
  • Actively develops on personal and professional knowledge.
  • Acts as a team player, supplying reports and updates data required for the team promptly and accurately
  • Partners closely with customers to understand their pain points, business needs, and objectives, and to sell the value of Tii products.
  • Provides robust expert support and advice about Tii products, features, and opportunities, enabling client accounts to grow.
  • Collaborates to ensure clients renew with an appropriate price uplift and preferably with upsell opportunities.
  • Effectively communicates the value proposition of Tii products and services to clients.
  • Works effectively to analyze client data, identify growth opportunities, and prepare plans to address issues and realize growth opportunities.
  • Passes proactive feedback about products/features/problems from clients to internal stakeholders, representing the voice of the client.
  • Ensures that all internal systems, processes, and ways of working are fully completed timely and diligently, in line with company standards.
  • Tracks own performance, provides general data and reports, and updates as required.
  • Actively progresses own personal development.
