- Experience: 2–3 years of business development or sales experience in IT products or solutions or device sales, preferably targeting healthcare payers/providers.
- Sales Expertise: Proven ability in consultative, solution-oriented selling.
- Networking & Outreach: Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with prospects through multiple channels.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve targets.
