Creator Operations Project Manager Assistant - Internship (6 months) July2026 (M/NB/W)

Within the Global Content Creators department of Ubisoft Global Publishing, you will support the Creator Operations team in the implementation and optimization of the processes and tools required to manage campaigns with content creators.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Project Management:

• Contribute to the management of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Coordinate efforts between different teams to ensure smooth project execution

Deployment of New Processes:

• Assist in planning and coordinating the rollout of new operational processes.
• Train teams on new procedures and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
• Document processes and create guides and user manuals for end users

Operational Process Analysis and Improvement:

• Participate in the evaluation of existing processes and tools to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement automation solutions aimed at optimizing operations.
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators to measure the impact of the improvements implemented

Competitive Intelligence:

• Monitor industry news and carry out benchmarks and case studies related to creators’ strategies and observed market trends
