This position requires working in our Irving, TX office Monday- Friday.

Legal Support Responsibilities:
- Support the full contract lifecycle (NDAs, customer/vendor agreements, contractor agreements, leases)
- Help run corporate governance (board materials, entity management, and filings)
- Do targeted legal research and turn it into clear summaries
- Track compliance items and help maintain practical internal policies
- Keep legal files and data rooms organized; support M&A and financing workstreams as needed
- Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation, investigations, and other matters
Executive & Administrative Support Responsibilities:
- Own scheduling and meeting logistics; prepare materials and keep action items moving
- Be a go-to partner across internal departments and with external advisors and parties
- Jump into ad hoc projects across legal, compliance, and business functions
- Build and improve processes, templates, and systems as we continue to scale
Who You Are:
- Organized and detail-oriented (you like clean systems and crisp documents)
- Scrappy, resourceful, and comfortable learning on the fly
- A strong communicator who can write clearly and follow through on actions
- Trusted with sensitive and confidential information; good judgment, professionalism, and discretion are a must
- Happy to roll up your sleeves—no job is “too small"
- A plus if you are considering law school or a legal operations career path (commercial litigation, labor & employment, or corporate transactions).
Background/ Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
- 2 to 3 years of experience in legal support
- Curiosity about law, business, and strategy
- Comfort with Microsoft 365 suite
- Paralegal certification a plus
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) a plus
