Job Overview

Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

We are looking for a motivated Automation Developer Intern to join the Agentic Automation Office — an internal Center of Excellence driving end-to-end automation across UiPath's enterprise operations. In this role, you will collaborate with experienced automation developers, solution architects, project managers and business analysts to design, build, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using the UiPath Platform.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the very platform we build - working on real production-grade automations, agentic workflows, and AI-powered processes that drive measurable business impact. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading AI and automation technologies while learning from experts and contributing to real-world projects.

We're the team that takes automation ideas from across UiPath and actually builds them into reality.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Contribute to designing and developing automation workflows using UiPath Studio, including attended, unattended, and agentic automation patterns.

  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate process documentation (PDDs) into functional automations.

  • Build and maintain automations that integrate with enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365.

  • Write clean, reusable components and follow development best practices.

  • Debug and troubleshoot automation failures, working through test cases in UiPath Test

    Manager and resolving exceptions.

  • Contribute to the team's knowledge base by documenting automation processes, known issues, and solutions.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Familiarity with programming concepts and at least one language such as C#, Python, VB.NET, or JavaScript.

  • Enthusiasm for automation, AI, and enterprise software — bonus points if you've already experimented with the UiPath platform or other RPA tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to debugging.

  • Ability to read and understand process documentation and translate business

    requirements into technical solutions.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills — you'll be working closely with both

    technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A self-starter mindset: comfortable taking initiative, asking questions, and driving your own tasks forward.

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
