Supply Chain & Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning and forecasting for UAE and Oman
• Own inventory management, safety stock optimization and inventory health
• Reduce slow-moving and non-moving inventory
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics
• Coordinate material flows between local inventory, regional hubs and Group supply sources
• Oversee warehouse and yard operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, return and reconditioning
• Lead and develop the Warehouse/Yard Manager and operational teams
• Lead continuous improvement, automation and digitalization initiatives
• Monitor KPIs relating to inventory, logistics, warehouse productivity and safety
• Support budgeting, forecasting and investment planning
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Commercial and Finance teams
