Internship as Field Service Engineer

Mission

Provide on-site technical service and support in case of problems/malfunctions and proactively with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot allocated problems
• Provide on-site technical support
• Pick and receive spare parts that are required for the resolution of the problem, in close collaboration with the Help Desk Engineers and the warehouse
• Responsible for the return of the spare parts/materials, that were not used or are out of order, to the warehouse
• Check the spare parts to be used in the resolution of the problem
• Maintain and check that the vehicles are in good condition
• Collaborate with teams for other company projects
• Inform back office
• Build trust with clients, communicate special requirements, and inform the team regarding any variances in terms of contract

Prerequisites

• University/College student in Computer Science, Information Technology or a relevant field
• Good knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
•  Driving license Α’/Β’ category
