Junior Expenses and Budget Controller

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Junior Expenses and Budget Controller to join our UniQue Budget & Controlling team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approaches, but they have one thing in common: passion for technology and innovation! For the Junior Expenses and Budget Controller position we expect you to:

• Participates in the control of all expenses (Travel expenses, Recurring expenses, Fuel expenses, Hospitality expenses, Business gifts, etc.)
• Participates in the control of all fixed equipment from suppliers, according to the CAPEX Budget, taking into account quality, appropriateness and purchase cost.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and analysis of expenses
• Cooperation with all departments with the aim of correctness of expenses
• Assistance in Budget & Controlling team's general tasks

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to posess the following qualifications/competencies:

• University/College Degree in Finance or related
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Accounting knowlendge will be considered as an asset
• Excellent knowledge in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• A team player that will fit with our values and add to our culture
• Knowledge of ERP will be considered as an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
