Job Overview

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IT Project Manager (Infrastructure) to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Manage and deliver complex IT projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Define and control project scope, schedule, budget, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain communication plans; provide clear updates to PM Staff Manager, Portfolio Management team, executives, and stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Ensure PMO processes and governance are consistently applied; coach and support project teams to drive best practices.
  • Act as fund manager for allocated budgets; provide inputs for yearly financial planning and manage O&M and capital expenditures.
  • Supervise multi-disciplinary teams, including technical maintenance, cleaning, and catering staff.
  • Manage infrastructure adaptive maintenance projects, such as hardware refresh, upgrades, and capacity extensions of compute, SAN, and network systems.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure engineers and contractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, reviewing performance, defining service objectives, and ensuring service delivery aligns with project requirements.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Master's degree in a relavant field and at least 9 years of IT professional experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience using project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2).
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (or PMP or equivalent).
  • Experience as a Project Manager or PMO in a structured environment.
  • Knowledge of service management, IT governance, and strong infrastructure lifecycle management.
  • Advanced skills in MS Project, Excel, and Visio.
  • Expertise in IT performance metrics.
  • Ability to coordinate technical tasks with engineers and understand infrastructure technologies.
  • Advanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken).
