Communications Support Officer

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Communications Support Officer to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Improve the effectiveness within the institution
• Foster staff engagement
• Build a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Enhance awareness of and familiarity with Digital Workspace Center for external stakeholders, especially as the Digital Workspace Center is transitioning towards new services in 2026
• Improve the Digital Workspace Center's reputation and recognition

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Bachelor's Degree in PR, communications, journalism or relevant field, or relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in communication strategy and execution in the last 5 years.
• At least 2 years of prior experience/knowledge in working with NCIA or any other NATO agencies or organizations such as NATO HQ IS/IMS, ACO, ACT.
• Proven experience in supporting Digital Transformation by creating engaging communication materials, including video and print, to effectively convey key messages to diverse stakeholders is desirable.
• Experience in designing and executing communications plans targeted at end users, with the objective of influencing behaviors and supporting adoption of change initiatives is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Hold a valid NATO SECRET security clearance.
