IAM & ServiceNow Architect

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IAM & ServiceNow Architect to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Create business architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals.
• Use enterprise architecture frameworks and develop models based on such framework.
• Use enterprise architecture notations such as BPM and ARIS
• Defining and implementing strategies under a CIO or equivalent.
• Combine many different skills and experiences to address and solve business, information, and technology related opportunities and problems.
• Use enterprise architecture best practices and goals.
• Group session facilitation.
• Promotion: “selling” the results of architectural approaches through presentations.
• Analysis and design.
• Modelling and graphical representations and abstractions.
• Work on interoperability projects.
• Information extraction, as well as from big data sources.

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Master Degree in IT or related field and 11 years of professional experience in IT
• At least 5 years of experience with Identity Providers, Authentication and Authorisation systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in modelling Business Processes (using BPMN standard).
• At least 5 years of experience with Service Management tools (HP SMT, ServiceNow…).
• At least 5 years of experience with Project Management frameworks, including PRINCE2 and PM2.
• At least 5 years of experience with Application Management Lifecycle tools (Jira, RTC…)
• At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow (Technical implementation).
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS.
• Knowledge of Program Management framework.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow Modules: ITSM, HRSD, SPM/APM and App Engine.
• Good knowledge of data analysis and data modelling.
• Ability to perform proof of concepts (PoC) efficiently and fast.
• Any ServiceNow certificates would be considered as an asset.
• Fluent in English at least at a level B2, fluency in French is considered an advantage.
