At Unifonic, our Revenue Operations team drives alignment, efficiency, and data-driven growth across the organization. We empower teams with accurate insights, streamlined processes, and optimized systems to enhance performance and customer experience.
As a HubSpot CRM Specialist, you will own and manage Unifonic’s CRM ecosystem—ensuring data integrity, maintaining system configuration, managing pipelines and deal lifecycles, and supporting teams in using the CRM effectively. You will be the key point of contact for how the CRM supports and enables revenue operations.
Help us shape the future of communications by:
Maintaining, configure, and optimize the CRM (Hubspot), ensuring it aligns with business workflows (lead → quote → contract → renewal).
Defining and enforce data governance: data hygiene, fields and objects consistency, duplication rules, pipeline stage definitions.
Overseeing deal lifecycle stages: ensure consistency, transitions, proper definitions, hand-offs across teams.
Implementing CRM enrichments: integrations, custom fields, automation, validation rules, workflow triggers.
Providing training and support for Sales, Customer Success, etc., on CRM best practices, tools, and features.
Monitoring CRM performance: accuracy, usage, dead / stalled opportunities, pipeline leakage.
Generating reports/dashboards from the CRM related to pipeline health, forecasting, deal movement; partner with Metrics / Analytics team.
Supporting new tools / systems integration (CPQ, contract tools, billing, etc.) as relates to CRM.
