The People Department at Unifonic is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent in the industry. As a People Manager, you will own all people-related operational and organizational aspects of the business, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality people practices across the company. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to build strong people foundations that support growth, performance, and a positive employee experience.
Help us shape the future of communication by:
• Leading daily people operations across Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and remote teams
• Owning the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee transitions
• Managing HR systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, security, and effective system implementation
• Executing payroll, bonuses, and compensation processes accurately and on time
• Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining HR policies aligned with labor laws and business needs
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws across all operating regions, especially Saudi Arabia
• Driving continuous improvement of HR processes and operational efficiency
• Owning and executing performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes
• Supporting managers with performance conversations, development plans, and performance improvement actions
• Partnering with leadership to ensure performance expectations are clear, fair, and aligned with business priorities
• Supporting employee relations matters with a balanced, consistent, and people-first approach
• Driving initiatives that strengthen engagement, accountability, and overall employee experience
• Supporting organizational structure, role clarity, and reporting lines as the company grows
• Partnering with leadership on workforce planning and team scaling decisions
• Supporting career development frameworks and internal mobility as the organization evolves
• Using people data and insights to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Preparing people analytics, reports, and presentations to support leadership decision-making
