As a People Success Officer, you will be handling day-to-day operations tasks, company documentation, and visa management having good knowledge of IT and vendor management.

Help us shape the future of communications by:

• Handling employees requests, serving all Unifonic employees across offices with full resolutions and within the designed SLA.

• Maintaining the Dubai office through office maintenance, office supplies, inventory management, and ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.

• Arranging business travel logistics for all employees at different levels, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, per diem management & venue and events management.

• Ensuring all company official documents are updated and renewed on time.

• Leading the process of business visas or new joiners' work visas to the Dubai office.

• Building strong relations with the vendors and suppliers to maintain smooth operations with the.
