Meet the team!

Our Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and technologies that drive Unifonic’s solutions. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers. If you are passionate about technology and are excited about working on cutting-edge communication and engagement solutions, we want you on our team.

As a Software Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team that designs and delivers a drag-and-drop workflow builder powered by Camunda, builds and maintains integration connectors with platforms such as Salla, Shopify, and other marketplaces, and integrates and operationalizes data-producing channels including the Web SDK and other event streams. You will ensure the reliability, scalability, and an excellent developer experience for both internal teams and customers. This is a hands-on role where you will regularly contribute to production code while owning team execution, delivery, and technical direction.

Help us shape the future of communication by:

  • Owning delivery and technical direction of the workflow orchestration and integration platform.

  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of engineers to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Supporting recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of engineering talent.

  • Working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to prioritize, plan, and schedule work.

  • Driving architecture decisions for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.

  • Ensuring strong engineering practices: code reviews, testing, observability, performance, and operational excellence.

  • Communicating status, risks, and requirements clearly across stakeholders and teams.

  • Facilitating continuous learning and improvement for the team and its members.

  • Working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and shifting priorities.
