Senior Technical Recruiter

Unison Consulting Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role is critical in helping us identify, attract, and hire top-tier technical talent to meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will leverage your expertise in the technology field to source candidates, conduct thorough assessments, and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality technical talent.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and build strong, collaborative relationships.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify passive candidates.
• Stay current with industry trends and the latest technologies to provide insights during the recruitment process.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters, sharing best practices and strategies for success.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong track record in sourcing and hiring for IT roles.
• Extensive knowledge of the technology landscape and familiarity with various programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in using ATS systems, social media, and recruitment tools.
• Experience with data-driven recruitment metrics and analysis.
