As a Source-to-Contract Account Manager, your goal will be to develop existing business across multiple sectors and markets in close collaboration with our Growth Director and the S2C sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate cross-sell and upsell opportunities, business opportunities with existing S2C and ERP accounts: qualifying, progressing, and closing software/service revenue opportunities.
  • Build relationships with prospects and existing customers across multiple sectors and identify new opportunities within those markets.
  • Manage the full life cycle of sales from generating leads, demonstrating the product, negotiating, and closing.
  • Support the Growth Director and the sales team with client analysis including Territory and Account Plans
  • Forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning for and with our S2C Growth Director and the sales team.
  • Various ad-hoc tasks within business development, sales, and marketing, including supporting webinars
  • Day to Day management of accounts including working with CSM community, Product and Support teams including Deal Desk on renewals and also escalations
  • Working with CSM and Professional Services in a matrix environment to drive successful outcomes for our customers and also impact positively NPS
