Job Overview
- Lead global benefits renewals & global mobility as required
- Support international HR team with benefit-related matters across International markets.
- Evaluate benefit programs, keep abreast of legislation and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration, trends and recommendation appropriate courses of action
- Manage Equity program including owning files and ensuring that diligence is applied to keep them up to date and current
- Liaise with Finance to provide them with the relevant required documents to comply with their audit requirements
- Any other duties that may reasonably be required
