Wage Range: $20.83 - 26.04 per hour.
Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week
Shifts: Night Shifts (11 pm to 7 am) including Weekends
Status: Temporary Full-Time (End Date ~ September 1, 2026)
Closing Date: April 2, 2026

Duties

In support of the efficient operation of the Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit, the principal responsibilities of the Ward Clerk include:

• Performing reception responsibilities
• Providing clerical support
• Organizing and maintaining patient charts, electronic and paper information filing systems
• Performing patient administration functions including scheduling and coordinating appointments/meetings/events
• Maintaining written and/or electronic calendar/schedules, etc; 
• Coordinating unit administrative  functions
• Ensuring the efficient operation of the unit, within the scope of authority
• Performing other duties consistent with the job classification, as required.
