Due to continued growth and increasing onboarding volumes, Unlimit is looking for an Onboarding Manager (Unified Onboarding Division) to join its international team. This role focuses on onboarding Merchants, Business & Individual Accounts, and Crypto-related clients, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient onboarding experience.

Due to continued growth and increasing onboarding volumes, Unlimit is looking for an Onboarding Manager (Unified Onboarding Division) to join its international team. This role focuses on onboarding Merchants, Business & Individual Accounts, and Crypto-related clients, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient onboarding experience.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing the onboarding of merchants, business accounts, individual accounts, and crypto clients, including KYC/KYB procedures
- Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating agreements and onboarding documentation
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and timely progress
- Gaining a deep understanding of clients’ business models, including crypto-related use cases, and applying strong product and technical knowledge
- Building and maintaining professional, long-term relationships to ensure an excellent client experience
- Managing the end-to-end merchant and account registration process with internal teams and external contractors
- Working closely with Risk and AML teams to ensure all client profiles meet regulatory and internal compliance standardsProviding first-line approvals as part of the company’s first line of defense
- Conducting due diligence (DD) checks and assessing business, operational, and compliance risksSupporting or performing technical setup, including terminal and account configuration where applicableIdentifying onboarding inefficiencies and proactively suggesting process improvements
About you:
- University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in onboarding, account management, or customer support, preferably within payments, acquiring, banking, financial services, or crypto-related industries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and management levels
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time-management skillsHigh attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
- Ability to understand complex structures and see the broader business and risk picture
- Flexible and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Technical knowledge or experience is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of crypto, blockchain-based products, or virtual asset services is a strong plus
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required
