Job Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, establishing, and managing strategic partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), FinTech companies, consultancies, system integrators, referral agencies, and eCommerce platform providers.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to optimize partner collaboration, enhance merchant acquisition, and strengthen Unlimit's position as the industry's preferred partner.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities by building strong relationships with potential partners, evaluating their capabilities, and aligning strategies to expand service offerings for new and existing clients.
- Lead contract negotiations and finalize commercial agreements to maximize business growth and ensure long-term value for both Unlimit and its partners.
- Continuously analyze partnership performance to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and increase efficiency in partner and merchant engagement.
- Expand market presence by actively participating in industry conferences, networking events, and professional organizations to generate new business leads and increase Unlimit's visibility.
Your Experience and Mindset
- A minimum of 3+ years of B2B partnerships experience within the Payments, eCommerce, Financial Services, or Enterprise SaaS sectors.
- Proven ability to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships, demonstrating strong communication skills and the capacity to work autonomously.
- A established track record and existing network in the Payments, FinTech, Web Development Agencies / System Integrators, SaaS, or eCommerce Platform industries is highly desirable.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude towards problem-solving, relationship-building, and a willingness to undertake domestic and occasional international travel.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong desire to contribute to a rapidly expanding business.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with new partners at the C-suite, Director, and Senior Management levels.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, a great attitude, a smart work ethic, and enjoys their work.
- Experience working cross-functionally with other teams such as Finance, Legal, Product, Sales, and Marketing.
- Results-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines with high activity and discipline.
- A commercially driven, goal-oriented individual with exceptional negotiation skills.
- Motivated by results and a capacity for innovation in the payments space, with a passion for creating value.
- A self-sufficient professional able to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management.
- Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills.
