Technical Design Architect

UNS is currently looking for a Technical Design Architect to join our Dubai office.

In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of multiple or large-scale projects, overseeing the overall design quality, technical integrity, feasibility, and budget. You will act as a key representative of the office, navigating complex challenges and ensuring the successful delivery of our architectural vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the internal and external coordination of all phases for large-scale projects.

• Developing and advising on creative designs and technical solutions, ensuring the highest standards of Architect Design Excellence and Building Technology.

• Identifying, anticipating, and controlling risks that could threaten the product, process, or the office's position, working collaboratively with the Leadership Team to mitigate them.

• Solving technical problems and working out architectural solutions through innovative thinking, clearly documented through construction and shop drawings or details.
