The Campus Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient day-to-day operations of a campus environment. This position supports the management of facilities, event logistics, compliance, risk management and general operational support to create a positive and functional experience for students, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate national campus maintenance schedules and contractors, ensuring WHS, safety and building compliance.
- Support emergency preparedness, risk management and use of Safety Champion across campuses.
- Manage facilities contracts, inventory, consumables and support procurement decisions.
- Support the planning and delivery of key national campus events.
- Work closely with Operations and campus teams to support cross-campus initiatives.
- Respond to facilities requests, conduct campus inspections and room audits, support events, furniture and workstation setup, and assist with staff induction.
- Track and report on maintenance, safety, inventory and operational activities, providing regular updates to the line manager.
