We are seeking 2 x Permanent, Part Time Education Advisers (3-days per week) to work within our Allied Health Education team. This position works to advise and guide our students, answering any inquiries. The role also involves assessing student produced work and providing detailed, timely feedback.

Reporting to the Training Manager, your key responsibilities would include:

Student Support

  • Answering education and study inquiries regarding education requirements of the vocational training programs.
  • Providing academic guidance and support to students via the Study Assistance phone line and email.

Assessing Student Work

  • Assessing written workbooks and practice items from the courses within required time frames and according to benchmark standards.
  • Undertake moderation and validation processes
  • Conducting joint assessments with other assessors who are in training.

Professional Development & Team Collaboration

  • Developing training material
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Maintaining industry currency
