Agent Liaison Manager

This is a remote, full-time permanent position that can be carried out from anywhere in New Zealand.
About the role:
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Agent Liaison Manager to support our Regional Managers in maintaining education agent documentation, compliance controls, and audit readiness across our registered entities.
This is a compliance-focused operational role that ensures agent onboarding, monitoring, and record-keeping processes are consistently maintained in line with regulatory requirements.
In addition to the above, your other key responsibilities will be to:
- assist with the documentation and implementation of new processes and procedures
- track and manage agent documentation (contracts, declarations, training, monitoring records)
- maintain accurate and up-to-date agent records across CRM, RTO, and PRISMS systems
- support Regional Managers with documentation follow-up and compliance tracking
- ensure agent files meet standardised audit requirements
- assist with preparation for regulatory reviews (e.g. VRQA, TEQSA, and CRICOS audits)
- coordinate agent onboarding and termination documentation processes
- liaise with Compliance, Marketing Admissions, IT, and Finance teams to ensure data consistency.
