Full-time | Permanent | On-site

About the Role:

As part of the Student Support Team, you will play a key role in supporting all our students while ensuring NZTC’s highly reputable profile is continually raised nationally and internationally.     

Key responsibilities include:  

  • Student Support: Offer individualized support, including managing support calls, responding to queries promptly, guiding students to internal & external resources; manage emergency processes for international students, ensure they meet course requirements, and assist with international tutorials.  

  • Administrative Services: Maintain student records, handle requests such as withdrawals, and provide necessary administrative support related to student programmes.  

  • Programme and Enrolment Support: Assist with student enrolment processes, including interviews and health follow-ups, and support students through Board of Studies procedures.  

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with students and college staff, handle student feedback, support the documentation for the ‘Code’, and promote NZTC services as needed.  

 This role will be primarily based on campus but may require some occasional days of WFH
