About the role:

In this Regional Recruitment Manager –Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, & Brunei role, you will achieve student enrolment and profit goals for your portfolio of Agents, Feeder Schools, and Sponsors across all three divisions and all products. Some of your responsibilities will be to:

• Identify suitable Higher Education & VET agents and design & implement suitable agent management schedules and incentives to meet recruitment targets
• Manage depth relationships with key agent partners
• Monitor competitor activity enabling greater in market competitor awareness and analysis.
• Develop, implement, and manage Agent Account Plans to support Partners achievement of targets
• Identify and recommend new agents and new recruitment opportunities.
