About the role:
We are seeking an organized and efficient Campus Administrator to join our team at our Mount Wellington campus in Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our campus.
Manage and coordinate office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for faculty and staff
Maintain accurate records and databases, such as student records and course schedules
Provide administrative support to faculty and staff, including typing, filing, and data entry
Assist with the coordination of campus events and activities
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
