About the role:

We’re looking for a passionate and forward-thinking tutor to join our Marketing & Creativity programmes. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the learning experience of first-year students, helping them build both practical skills and creative confidence.

You’ll be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment that encourages innovation and independence. Rather than rigid processes, we prioritise impact—giving you the flexibility to approach your work in ways that best engage students and enhance their outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and refining learning materials to keep content relevant, engaging, and industry-aligned
• Facilitating learning sessions and assessing student work against established academic standards
• Creating a positive, well-managed classroom environment, including overseeing learning spaces and resources
• Monitoring and documenting student progress, attendance, and wellbeing to ensure timely support where needed
