Finance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an SG&A Finance Analyst to provide high‑quality financial support to our Senior Finance Business Partner. This role is key to ensuring strong cost control, accurate reporting and robust financial governance across all SG&A functions.

You will play an important part in budgeting and forecasting cycles, month‑end close, and delivering insightful analysis that supports effective decision making. By ensuring transparency, accountability and continuous improvement in SG&A cost management, you’ll enable the business to drive performance and optimise spend.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing monthly SG&A reporting, variance analysis and insightful commentary
• Supporting annual budgets, forecasts and long‑term planning cycles
• Leading SG&A month‑end activities at analyst level, including journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Analysing cost drivers, risks and opportunities across SG&A functions
• Supporting functional leaders with clear, accessible financial insights
• Contributing to cost optimisation initiatives and process improvements
