Job Overview

The Sears Anti-Aging Institute is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our patient‑centered, regenerative medicine clinic delivering concierge‑level care. The FNP will serve as a primary clinical provider, working closely with our physician and multidisciplinary staff to deliver advanced therapies, oversee patient care plans, and ensure seamless, premium patient experiences.

This role offers the unique opportunity to practice at the forefront of regenerative and anti-aging medicine, including therapies such as stem cells, lasers, hyperbaric oxygen, hormone balancing, PRP, peptides, and chelation. The FNP will manage patient evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-up care, while also contributing to clinical innovation and team leadership.

A Day in the Life of an FNP

Patient Care & Clinical Leadership

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, histories, and physical exams.
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
  • Educate patients on regenerative therapies, preparation, and aftercare.
  • Monitor patient progress, manage adverse reactions, and ensure safety and comfort.

Therapy Administration & Oversight

  • Independently perform and supervise therapies such as IVs (traditional and laser), ECP, transcranial treatments, and hyperbaric oxygen.
  • Lead advanced procedures including hormone balancing, PRP, peptides, chelation, and stem cell therapies.
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and best practices.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate, timely medical records and charting.
  • Review labs, imaging, and consult notes to ensure readiness for patient visits.
  • Uphold HIPAA standards and contribute to SOP development and improvement.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

  • Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to nursing staff and medical assistants.
  • Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to align on patient care and clinic priorities.
  • Support workflow optimization to enhance patient experience and clinic efficiency.

  • Create a professional, welcoming, and healing atmosphere for every patient interaction.

Within 30 Days:

  • Complete onboarding and compliance training.
  • Shadow providers to understand patient workflows.
  • Begin conducting patient assessments and managing basic therapies.

Within 60 Days:

  • Independently manage patient visits, including evaluations, treatment planning, and follow-up.
  • Confidently administer IVs, blood draws, and advanced therapies under physician collaboration.
  • Support clinic operations and propose workflow improvements.

Within 90 Days:

  • Lead patient care across all core modalities.
  • Earn Stem Cell and Hyperbaric Oxygen certifications.
  • Mentor nursing staff and contribute to SOP/process improvements.
  • Be recognized as a trusted, integral provider within the care team.

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted FNP license in the state of Florida.
  • National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Demonstrated competency in patient assessment, phlebotomy, and EKG.
  • Willingness to obtain certifications in advanced regenerative therapies (IVs, laser IVs, ECP, transcranial, stem cells, HBOT, etc.).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and patient education skills.
  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–5:00/6:00 p.m.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to clinic location: 11905 Southern Blvd. Royal Palm Beach, Florida 33411
