Atlassian Consultant - Cloud Practice

Job Summary

As an Atlassian Consultant, you will deliver solutions that meet client needs and create tangible value using Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket…).

You will contribute to all phases of projects—from requirements analysis to deployment, documentation, and training while building strong client relationships and continuously developing your expertise.

What You’ll Be Working On

Analyze & Advise

• Gather, analyze, and refine customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
• Facilitate scoping workshops and translate business needs into actionable solutions
• Conduct audits of client environments (configuration, performance, security, best practices)
• Provide tailored recommendations to help clients maximize the value of Atlassian Cloud solutions

Build & Deliver

• Configure, deploy, and integrate Atlassian solutions based on client requirements
• Ensure implementations follow Cloud best practices and standards
• Produce clear deliverables (functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, documentation)
• Deliver training sessions to end users and administrators

Engage & Support Clients

• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure clear communication and alignment on expectations
• Contribute to high levels of client satisfaction through a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Identify opportunities for additional value and collaborate with Sales when relevant

Contribute & Grow

• Participate in internal practices to develop your expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Maintain and develop your skills through continuous learning and certifications
• Contribute to internal and external visibility (blog posts, webinars, events)
• Support the creation and maintenance of documentation and internal assets

Do You Have What It Takes?

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field
• 3-5y experience in consulting, software development, or technical roles
• Strong interest in Cloud environments and Atlassian tools
• Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions

Languages & Location

Fluent in French & English (company-wide working language)
