IT Specialist

Aspire Software is looking for an IT Specialist to join our team in Lebanon.

Primary Workload: Provides frontline support for day-to-day IT operations, ensuring end-user satisfaction across Lighthouse Portfolio companies. (Special Request speaks good English).

Requirements

End-User Support:

• First-line troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, and Office 365 issues.
• Handle password resets, printer issues, login failures, and application support.

Onboarding/Offboarding:

• Set up new users in Office 365, email, Teams, and business applications.
• Provision and configure laptops/desktops based on standard imaging.
• Ensure proper access rights, MFA enrollment, and software installations.
• Migrate users to MS Office365.

Hardware & Software Management:

• Maintain inventory of IT assets and consumables.
• Support ordering, tagging, and deployment of devices and peripherals.

Documentation:

• Log all requests and resolutions in a centralized ticketing system.
• Update FAQs and internal knowledge base as needed.
• Be the source of truth for any and all compliances in each group.
