The Role

OpenData is the foundation for commercial data. It is reference data on healthcare professionals (HCPs), healthcare organizations (HCOs), and their affiliations. It is used in CRM, analytics, and data warehouses. 

The OpenData Quality Manager is responsible for measuring data quality end-to-end and flagging potential quality gaps to product teams. The role has a significant impact on product excellence and will report to the General Manager for OpenData in Europe.

The Role

The OpenData Quality Manager is responsible for measuring data quality end-to-end and flagging potential quality gaps to product teams. The role has a significant impact on product excellence and will report to the General Manager for OpenData in Europe.

What You'll Do

  • Define and run tests to measure both data quality and the quality of production processes
  • Find quality issues, inconsistencies and root causes
  • Flag areas for improvement to OpenData General Manager, Product Managers and Services
  • Automate tests, create alerts and track progress to resolve quality issues

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Programming skills in Python and SQL
  • Good oral and written communication 
  • Ability to independently organize day-to-day work and deliver to committed timelines

Nice to Have

  • Life Sciences experience
  • Understanding of master and reference data management
  • Experience with Veeva products
