Job Overview

- Handles incoming and outgoing call for in-house guests and resort purpose.
- Responsible for communicating all arrivals and departures to relevant parties on a timely manner.
- Assists the Front Office team with all the internal and external communications.
- Be fluent with all emergency procedures of the resort as the operator is the main point of contact during emergencies.
