📣 We’re Hiring: Office Assistant

📍 Location: Iasi – Soseaua Pacurari 116B
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:30–18:00
📄 Contract type: Full-time, permanent
📢 Reports to: Local Site Manager

 

As an Office Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and employees.

Your role is key in creating a welcoming environment and supporting the daily operations of the office.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Support administrative tasks and office logistics

  • Collaborate with the Local Site Manager and other teams

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Advanced English language skills (B1-B2), nice to have any additional language

  • Friendly, proactive, and reliable personality

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
