Job Overview

The Role

We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving legal, financial and operational stakeholders.

 You will ensure that strategic decisions are properly documented, communicated and implemented across departments.

You will act as the coordination backbone of transversal projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between legal, financial and operational teams

• Organize and structure decision-making meetings (agenda, objectives, participants)

 

What We Are Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, PMO or similar a role
• Strong ability to structure complex information and manage multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable working in French (minimum B2) and English (B2)
• Ability to understand legal and financial discussions without being a technical expert
• High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
• Proactive mindset and strong follow-up culture

Nice to have:
• Familiarity with productivity and automation tools that improve workflow efficiency
