We are expanding our Admin & Payroll team at our Iași office!

✅ Requirements:
Previous experience in HR / finance / administration;
English proficiency – minimum B2 level (French is considered an advantage);
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills;
Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
Proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach;
Experience in Romanian payroll calculation (RO) constitutes a strong advantage;
Experience working with SAP represents a plus.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Administration
Managing employee files and documentation related to hiring, contract changes, and terminations;
Preparing and submitting monthly declarations to relevant authorities (e.g., REVISAL, etc.);
Maintaining communication with labor and payroll authorities;
Providing support during internal/external audits and inspections;
Advising colleagues and management on labor legislation matters.
🔹 Payroll
Recording and updating payroll-related information (contractual changes, timesheets, absences, bonuses, salary advances, etc.);
Reviewing monthly timesheets and coordinating with international payroll providers;
Ensuring payroll data accuracy and compliance with legal and fiscal regulations;
Preparing monthly payroll reports;
Calculating salaries, allowances, and other employee benefits in accordance with applicable legislation.
