Job Overview

We are looking for an autonomous, communicative person with a team spirit and strong organizational skills to join our Technical Support team at our Iasi or Sousse offices.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience (minimum 1-2 years) using SAP (experience in providing SAP support, FI-CO, is a plus);

  • Good/advanced level of French and English (both written and spoken) and openness to communicating with native French speakers;

  • Responsiveness, autonomy, and a solution- and customer-oriented mindset, the ability to handle multiple tickets simultaneously, and strong prioritization skills.

Job Description

  • Provide technical support and consultancy (via email) to SAP users in the accounting and financial departments using a ticketing system;

  • Register incidents and document the identified solutions in the ticket management application;

  • Report application design issues.
