Technical Sales Engineer (Eastern/Central Thailand)

Responsible for ensuring the completion of a full sales cycle via developing new accounts and market, good knowledge of products (CMS), sales strategy planning and negotiation skills to close business orders. To foster good relations with customers through building good relationship, meetings, understanding and attending to their needs and requirements. Lead and coaching with the FSR in ensuring good service support to customers. Ensure the full closure of the sales orders to receipt of the payments. Servicing of current customer accounts and expanding business in new and existing accounts. Ensure that the sales goals and targets are in line with the Business Unit Goals and objectives.
Account Sustainability and Growth
Responsible to develop business in Eastern area or Central Area (If necessary) of Thailand.
Sales growth and retention. To achieve sales targets.
Responsible for the full sales cycle, from leads to on-going account relationships as appropriate.
To create new leads through cold calling, networking and following up to successfully close the business.
Improve and control Margin accounts in territory area.
Manage customer accounts payable and ensure on-time collection (Control PD).
Attend customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Leadership and Team Development
Lead and coaching with the FSR team in ensuring good service support to customers.
Continuously improve current working knowledge of existing and new products and services.
To improve the Technical knowledge.
Follow through and complete the necessary assigned training program
Compliance & Safety
Learn and maintain awareness of all compliance, safety and environmental practices.
Complete all assigned tasks regarding safety activities.
Strict compliance to all VEOLIA safety standards
Follow VEOLIA Ethics policy.
