Job Overview
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding stakeholder needs and delivering tailored waste collection solutions, including the integration of digital tools, to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to define scope, translate requirements into deliverables, and ensure customer outcomes are achieved.
- Support new business opportunities (pipeline building, lead qualification, account planning) to meet revenue and retention goals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Support pre-qualification, tender submissions, bid clarifications, and tender/bid reviews for major clients; coordinate internal inputs to ensure on-time, compliant submissions.
- Plan and manage project implementation and ongoing account delivery, including daily operational matters and ad-hoc client requests.
- Support operational process standards, internal controls, and appropriate measurements are implemented and followed.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and management reports; track progress against targets.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities; recommend strategies, offerings, and partnership opportunities.
- Support contract lifecycle management (contract renewals, variations, and change requests) to secure long-term business.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements aligned with company policies and client expectations.
