Job Overview

Fully integrated into our Municipal Water team, you will be under the responsibility of the Business Intelligence Director. Your main mission consists in contributing to Veolia’s group marketing & development initiatives to support BUs worldwide, with a special focus on market intelligence, deployment of new offers, related content management and benchmarks focusing on growth drivers for Municipal Water.

MARKET INTELLIGENCE | COMPETITOR WATCH

  • Gather market intelligence on our customers’ challenges with municipal water
  • Identify competitors and potential partner initiatives
  • Structure market watch
  • Carry out qualitative and quantitative market research (customer needs, market potential, etc.) and content for the Sales kits
  • Share updates internally

PROJECT MANAGEMENT | CUSTOMER CENTRIC - VOICE OF CUSTOMERS

  • Voice of customers as part of Sales kit development in collaboration with Business Units
  • Prepare meetings and workshops, including logistical arrangements, taking notes/writing minutes and handling follow up actions
  • Support the animation of the working groups gathering BUs and Driver experts
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project delivery (production schedule,...)
  • Monitor deployment of the range of offers to the Business Units and related engagement

MARKETING DELIVERABLES AROUND CONTENT MANAGEMENT

  • Review and update existing marketing materials within Veolia                                                           Gather additional information (case studies, existing offers within BUs,...) as part of transversal projects
  • Create internal and external marketing materials (customer presentations, offer guides, white papers,...)                                                                                                                                      Prepare content for articles in link with market trends
  • Take part in the end to end Content Management (from sales kits updates, to intranet and platform as tender box and sales - marketing tools)
  • Internal Municipal Water Communication : prepare content to highlight news and hot topics, informing Business Units, using all internal communication channels

We offer an apprenticeship contract for 12 months, starting in early September 2026.
