Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a passionate and talented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React + Python to join our Innovation Labs. This role is ideal for someone with a startup mentality—a go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and drives projects end-to-end. You will not only build scalable applications but also mentor interns, guide proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, and be the go-to person for technical unblocking.

Responsibilities

• 1-3 years of experience is required
• Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend).
• Architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver PoCs and innovative projects.
• Mentor and guide interns, providing technical leadership and hands-on support.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving technical blockers faced by interns and junior developers.
• Drive innovation by experimenting with new tools, frameworks, and approaches.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
