Job Overview

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming and supportive hospital environment
  • Work alongside experienced DVMs, RVTs, and support staff
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services
  • Schedule appointments efficiently while supporting smooth patient flow
  • Triage patients appropriately and communicate priorities with the medical team
  • Address client questions, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating when needed
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries accurately
  • Support daily front desk operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining clean and organized reception and waiting areas
  • Communicate clearly with both clients and team members to ensure a positive experience for pets and their people


About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service or veterinary front desk role preferred
  • Friendly, professional, and compassionate communicator
  • Comfortable handling sensitive situations with empathy and discretion
  • Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
  • Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
