Client Service Representative
Hourly, part-time USD 20.0 - 25.0Job Overview
What You’ll Do
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming and supportive hospital environment
- Work alongside experienced DVMs, RVTs, and support staff
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information about services
- Schedule appointments efficiently while supporting smooth patient flow
- Triage patients appropriately and communicate priorities with the medical team
- Address client questions, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating when needed
- Maintain accurate client and patient records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries accurately
- Support daily front desk operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining clean and organized reception and waiting areas
- Communicate clearly with both clients and team members to ensure a positive experience for pets and their people
About You
- Previous experience in a customer service or veterinary front desk role preferred
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate communicator
- Comfortable handling sensitive situations with empathy and discretion
- Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
