Duties and Responsabilities

Supervise and provide guidance to a team of Product specialists.

Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback.

Train and onboard new team members. Process Management:
-
Oversee the processing of Products, including Bill Payment, Top Ups and other financial services which may be added at a later date.

Ensure that Products are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Monitor transaction logs for errors or discrepancies and resolve them promptly. Compliance:

Stay up to date with federal and state regulations governing Products and other services.

Ensure the business's operations comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Implement and maintain internal policies and procedures to mitigate risks. Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries and issues related to Products.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Train staff in providing excellent customer service. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of all Product transactions.
-
Generate reports on payment volumes, trends, and financial data for management and regulatory purposes.

Prepare and submit required documentation to regulatory agencies as needed. Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and discrepancies.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Product processes. Training and Development:

Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for the team.

Keep employees informed about industry trends and best practices.

Make sure you and your team read, acknowledge and comply with Viamericas’ Staff Information Security Policy.

Make sure you and your team attend periodic Information Security training provided by Viamericas.
- Report any event that might be an Information Security Incident: clicked on a malicious link, downloaded and opened a suspicious file, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).

Prior experience in bill payment services or financial operations or MSB product area.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in using financial software and technology.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle high volumes of transactions and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
