Position Overview
As a Premium Lane Service Agent, you’ll welcome and assist guests using the airport’s premium services. You'll help manage lines, provide directions, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience at the TSA checkpoints. This role involves standing and walking for long periods and being one of the first people travelers interact with at the airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and check boarding passes for Priority status and ensure First Class service.
- Manage lines and guide travelers through the premium security lanes
- Provide directions and answer traveler questions
- Monitor area conditions and report any safety, security, or maintenance concerns
- Assist with kiosks, wheelchairs, and luggage carts
- Use communication devices (radios, phones, tablets)
- Ensure safety procedures are followed and support emergency responses
Requirements
Minimum:
- Customer service skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Flexible with schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Able to wear a uniform and follow grooming standards
- Good verbal communication and basic use of phones/tablets
Preferred:
- Friendly and calm under pressure
- Experience in hospitality, events, or airport work
Additional Information
- Must be able to obtain airport security credentials (Port of Seattle and TSA clearance)

- Days Off: Tuesday and Saturday
