Job Overview

About the Role:
We are seeking an Exit/DO Lead to support daily airport operations at Checkpoints and Exits. The role begins with a 60-day probationary training period. Upon successful completion and meeting performance expectations, the Lead may be promoted to Supervisor. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient operations, managing crowd flow, providing guest assistance, and addressing any operational needs as they arise.

Responsibilities:
• Assign and oversee team members in designated areas, ensuring proper coverage and maintaining communication with TSA throughout the shift.
• Manage rotations, meal breaks, and rest periods; check in with breakers as needed.
• Represent the company professionally, reporting any breaches, emergencies, or operational concerns. Complete daily shift reports with DO and Exit counts and other duties as needed for operations.
• Send two required emails each shift: DO/Exit list and Daily Shift reports including the following:

  1. Placement of DO/Exit agents at assigned checkpoints and Exits, including TSA Supervisor/POC details.
    • Conduct pre-shift briefings, maintain accurate grids and reports, communicate TSA updates, and test team members on DO duties. All VIP/PORT Operations updates.
    • Support team training, development, and performance management.
    • Ensure consistent, high-quality service at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

Qualifications:
• Required: Minimum one year of experience in customer service or security—preferably under this contract or in an airport environment; OR at least six months of supervisory experience managing a team of five or more.
• Preferred: Supervisory experience in airport/airline operations, fast food, retail, or service-support roles.
• Must provide documentation for employment eligibility, as well as credentials required for an airport badge and U.S. Customs and Border Protection seal. Credentialing includes fingerprinting and background checks.
• Ability to stand or walk for an 8–10 hour shifts, be able to lift up to 75lbs.
• Must be able to supervise 6 DO agents and 5 Exit agents daily; during summer operations, DO staffing may increase to 28 morning agents plus 5 Exit agents.

  • Morning Shift: 4:30 AM – 1:15 PM
  • Must have flexibility and be able to adapt to operational changes as needed.
  • Pay: $23.99/HR
