Job Overview
Our client is an Australian property and investment support company affiliated with a leading wealth management group. They focus on delivering accurate property insights and structured post-purchase support to assist their sales and client services teams.
They are now looking to hire a Property Research & Aftercare Associate to conduct detailed property market research and provide structured client aftercare following investment property purchases.
Job Responsibilities:
Property Research & Analysis
- Research Australian residential and commercial property markets using platforms such as CoreLogic/RP Data, Domain, Stash, or SQM Research.
- Analyse suburb and property data, including values, rental yields, vacancy rates, demographics, and infrastructure.
- Prepare reports, property comparisons, and due diligence packs.
- Maintain and update the internal property research database.
Client Aftercare & Post-Purchase Support
- Provide structured post-purchase communication with clients via email and CRM.
- Track settlement milestones and liaise with conveyancers, mortgage brokers, and property managers.
- Assist clients in onboarding property management services and produce summary reports.
- Record all activity in CRM and escalate issues when needed.
Internal Collaboration & Administrative Support
- Support the sales and advocacy teams with research and aftercare tasks.
- Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for internal use.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in property research, financial analysis, or real estate/wealth management support.
- Strong understanding of property investment concepts (capital growth, rental yield, market cycles).
- Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with CRM systems (Asana preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and proactive approach.
