Senior Manager, Data Science

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager – Data Science to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving business challenges, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to drive data science initiatives in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with data science leads across Asia Pacific to understand their business requirements, translate them into actionable data science projects, and deliver solutions that address business needs.
• Communicate complex data science concepts and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and outcomes.

Project & Resource Management

• Allocate resources efficiently across multiple projects and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
• Manage multiple medium-to-large data science projects simultaneously alongside project partners, adhering to timelines and budget constraints and troubleshooting issues as they arise

Technical Expertise & Collaboration

• Technical Consultancy: Offer expert guidance on AI tools, machine learning frameworks, and best practices for data science projects across diverse industries
• Collaborate closely with the data engineering team to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines, scalable infrastructure, and efficient workflows.

Innovation & Best Practices

• Drive the adoption of best practices in data science methodologies, coding standards, and model deployment strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains ahead of the curve.
• Strategic Roadmapping: Help clients develop long-term AI and data science roadmaps, advising on scalability, feasibility, and resource requirements for future initiatives.

Thought Leadership

• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and advocate for innovative solutions that drive value for clients
