The Senior Manager, Sales Excellence will drive the transformation of Visa’s sales approach in CEMEA, focusing on client-centricity, sales enablement, and process improvement. This role supports the execution of strategic priorities, aligns sales processes with client objectives, and facilitates collaboration across Visa teams. The Senior Manager will also champion upskilling initiatives and embed best practices from regional and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement & Learning: Support the development and implementation of learning strategies and enablement programs for sales teams, leveraging feedback and analytics to improve outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies to reduce sales cycle time, accelerate revenue, and streamline operations.
- Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects aligned with Visa’s business objectives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Collaboration: Facilitate alignment and integrated solutions between sales and cross-functional teams to deliver on client objectives.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges, propose practical solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to inform recommendations and monitor the impact of initiatives.
- Communication: Deliver clear, concise, and impactful recommendations and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
